Captain Spiros also known as “Kappi” grew up in Knysna, South Africa. Prior to entering yachting, he spent time in a variety of industries which included jobs as a carpenter, bartender, swimming coach, personal trainer, and restaurant manager.

Since being in the industry, Captain Spiros has worked on board 110’ LE REVE, 108' BEACHFRONT, 100’ SYRENE, and 80’ BAGLIETTO. Maintaining a calm and confident approach to any given situation is his specialty. He works closely with charter clients and owners to ensure the best all-around experience for everyone involved. Captain Spiros will go above and beyond to provide a luxury experience that cannot be duplicated.

Captain carries with him a strong passion for marine conservation and in his spare time you can find him fishing. He wants every guest who steps on board BEACHFRONT II to leave feeling like the crew have become longtime friends in which they have created some of the greatest memories together.

Tracey hails from the picturesque shores of Cape Town, South Africa. Growing up amidst the vibrant city center and the tranquil ocean, she developed a profound connection with the sea from an early age. Her family's involvement in a shark cage diving company allowed her to foster a deep appreciation for the marine world.

Seeking a career change and a desire to explore the globe, Tracey embarked on her yachting journey six years ago. Her prior experience as a Financial Manager equipped her with invaluable organizational skills and an unwavering dedication to excellence.

Throughout her yachting career, Tracey has served on various charter vessels, including 108' BEACHFRONT. Her true asset lies in her commitment to delivering unparalleled 5-star service, ensuring charter guests have an unforgettable experience. Tracey's ultimate goal is to create an atmosphere of fun and relaxation aboard BEACHFRONT II, where every guest can savor the epitome of luxury at sea.

Zac is a culinary virtuoso hailing from the vibrant coastal town of St. Francis Bay on South Africa's east coast. His journey began with a move to Cape Town, where his passion for diverse activities like surfing, football, and skateboarding thrived alongside his burgeoning love for food.

Zac's culinary adventure ignited at the tender age of 16 when he began working in Cape Town's renowned restaurants and bars, including iconic spots like Wakame in Greenpoint, Sinn's Restaurant, Cafe Caprice, and the Sky Lounge Cape Royale. This early exposure fueled his culinary passion, and by the age of 20, he had already honed his skills as a chef.

In 2013, Zac embarked on a yachting career driven by his love for travel, international cultures, and cuisine. Before his yachting days, he wore multiple hats as a restaurant manager, bartender, chef, and even as a business owner.

Zac's greatest assets are his unwavering work ethic, diligence, and dedication. He takes immense pride in ensuring that every person who tastes his creations leaves with a smile. He specializes in French, Italian, Asian fusion, and Modern cuisines and warmly embraces all dietary preferences.

Her true calling came to light when she joined the National Sea Rescue Institute, where she developed a profound love and respect for the ocean and its vast capabilities. It was then that Samantha committed herself to a lifelong career on the water.

Before venturing into yachting, Samantha pursued her studies in Aircraft Mechanics at 43 Air School in South Africa. Her dedication extended to serving as a First Responder for the National Sea Rescue Institute and even moonlighting as a DJ at private events.

Samantha's versatility and eagerness to assist in all departments on board have made her a valuable asset to the crew. Her ultimate aspiration is to become a captain and pass on her knowledge to fellow crew members, ensuring they navigate the seas with the same passion and dedication she exudes.

We’ll be pleased to assist you in deciding which activities suit your personality and interests the best. Your crew and captain are experts. They are familiar with the locale and the greatest things to do. They can give advice on where to go fishing, diving, or snorkeling. They are aware of the locations of the remotest beaches. They can give advice on the top boutiques, eateries, or nightclubs.

We’ll provide you a food choice survey to fill out so we can figure out what kinds of meals you and your visitors would like to eat while you’re away. Along with your preferences, the form will ask about any dietary requirements, medical restrictions, or food allergies that any members of your party may have. Prior to your departure, you will also get the chance to ask any questions of a crew member. The team will next make your favorite cocktails and fresh, gourmet meals for the rest of the voyage.

Running costs are not included in the rates given for motor yacht charters and must be paid separately. Catamarans for sailing must be all-inclusive. The costs are determined by the number of people and cover all meals, drinks (including the typical ship’s bar), fuel, ice, and aquatic activities. Taxes, dockage fees, and communication expenses must all be paid individually.

Food, alcohol, fuel, dockage, port fees, and any other costs associated with the charter are considered running costs.
Typically, the operating costs represent 35% of the base charter fee. A 35% Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) will be paid in advance of your departure, giving the crew time to stock the yacht. A detailed breakdown of all costs will be provided to you at the conclusion of the charter. If there is still a balance, you will get a refund; however, if expenses are higher than the APA, you will have to pay the outstanding balance before disembarking.

Florida’s tax ranges from 6-7%, depending on the port of embarkation, while the Bahamian tax is 14%. The charter cost also includes tax.

What to anticipate if you have to cancel your vacation is covered in your charter agreement. To protect yourself in the event that unavoidable circumstances force you to cancel your trip, we advise buying cancellation insurance.

The captain’s first priority, however, is the security of his crew and the boat. He has the last say on anything that could affect the safety of passengers.

Yes. Although not required, leaving a tip is encouraged, especially if your yacht rental experience left you feeling especially satisfied. At the completion of your charter, you should give the captain a 15% gratuity.

Once you’ve decided on a yacht, we’ll place an “option” on it, securing it for 48 hours while you finish the paperwork. Then, a yacht charter agreement must be read and signed. We are happy to answer any queries you may have and thoroughly explain the terms. You must send your completed contract together with a deposit for the charter.

50% of the charter cost is required as a down payment; however, if there are less than 30 days to departure, the whole amount is due. The deposit is made via bank wire transfer and is kept in an escrow account by the principal agent of the yacht until just before the charter date. You have secured the yacht once we get your signed contract and down payment.

We’ll start collaborating with you to customize your charter. Your food and exercise preference survey will be delivered to you. We’ll set up a phone call for you and the crew. We will assist you in planning all charter-related details, including transportation in a limousine and flights.

If you are renting a motor boat, the APA funds and the remaining balance of the charter are due 30 days before the start of your trip.
